Our New Tenent

Now we have a new member in our house, which is one of the tenent who moves into our house.

Ever since our common rooms been vacant for about a year, we decided not to put to waste and decided to rent out one room to earn some household expenses.

Happens that the tenent is my colleague J'da Kate, who has some family issue with spouse and LC , my colleague as well. So we try our very best to help her out and let her move in earlier. She is one of the potential tenent whom I have been looking for, who loves dog and someone whom I knows also. Is better than, renting out to a total stranger and having to be precautious. We have signed a contract of 6 months at a reasonable rate of $600/mth.

So now, everyone is trying to adjust to new people and environment changes. But Mickey is the most happy one to have a new friend to play with in the house =)

Our Wedding Day

Finally, our wedding day has come to an end .

It was really a once a life time experience for two of us. Our wedding ends beautifully, with lots of laughter and wonderful time and memories during the ceremony and the banquet.

During the day, gatecrash is the most fun experience but a torture for the xiong di and groom.
Any way is just once a lifetime for the groom to suffer only. Through our travelling journey, we are sitted in my favourite beetle volks wagan decorated with the wedding bear of Daniel & Hello kitty plush toy. From here, we are already very satisfied and happy of what we had for the day.

During our wedding banquet, we have a smart team of sword bearer as our guard of honour. This is truely the highlights of the night! Everyone is so impressed and excited after having to witness our 1st march-in after the sword party march-in. We are lucky to have them for our wedding. Its a memorable experince for us too.

Now time for us to relax and awaits for our honeymoon trip during december... =)

My Hen's Night

Almost 1 week more to our Wedding Day...

My Hen's Night falls on this Friday the 13th. (Lucky or Unlucky Day)? Shall see...

It's a heart warming night with our Steamboat dinner organised by my group of colleagues. Happens that today is a really cold day, so just nice for these feast. In the midst of the dinner, I am given an unexpected surprise. Its a really pretty and nice Tiara which I am suppose to wear throughout the night. This is a nice gifts from my colleagues.

They wish to see me wear this on my wedding day too. Lets see if i am able to match with my gown for the day...

Obstacle 1
Next, of cos they are not going to make my day easy. But I'm still very surprise that they actually manage to contact dear in advance to gang up for the "How Much Do I Know Him" Q & A session. Before it start. I almost lost faith....

Out of the 16 Qs, I only manage to score about 30%...I am too ashame to face you, dear ! =_="
Let me explain, not that I don't know some of the answer but its just that my answer doesn't hit the bull's eye! In the end, I have almost finish 11/2 cans of beer .... Sianz...

Hope you don't feel too sad about it. This has proven you to be a 100% good hubby =)) And shows that you have know me more than I do. Well, I shall promise you I'll be a better wife in future.

To Test my sense of touch

Given a box with all the unknown items inside and i have to guess the items correctly by touching blindly with my hands inside the box. If I could guess correctly, one of the randomly picked person will have to strip off one item from them. If I lost, it will be vice-versa.

Luckily, I am able to beat this game. Almost 90% guess is correct. But still didn't manage to subotage anyone to strip off any clothes... Sianz. Perhaps they are already well prepared.

In fact my subotage night have ended. But, as usual they will always want to play till wee hours to continue with games and drinks. We end our day at about 330AM. Am very tired and face red red from the effect of beer earlier on.

Time to go home Zzzz.

The Big Day Soon

One month plus to come, so many things to get ready and prepare. Especially the coordinating and planning for the day is tedious. Its just so difficult to get help, and once we asked for it and will get rejected. People just says out of courtesy to help me out, but in the end when really needs them, they are not ready for it.Hate this part, but no choice have to bare with it.

Plus work load for this few months is so stressful. Must learn to cope with it and together with the wedding preparation.

Most of the stuffs we are almost ready, just short of the black shirt and shoes for dear for the day... and buying of cakes for relatives.

Hope we can settle most of the stuffs before November.

Sunday Bluez

Its another sunday again...And I hate this day of the week.
Feeling lonely and really miss whenever he left for work...same for Mickey boy, I guess.

Hope this 9 months could pass fast...1 month has gone soon.

Another New Beginning...

Dear won't be home till the weekends starting from next week onwards...

This will be as long as 9 months, as he has already been approved by the Police Force Academy for his training. Am feeling happy for him as this is a long waited reply from the Police to confirm him. And this notice given is too rush and sudden to accept!

From then on, will be just Mickey and Myself. Will feel abit uneasy without him in the house but will try to get use to it. Mickey shall be my sole companion during this period of time. =)

Will definitely be looking forward to weekends as our family days...

My First Experience on A bicycle

Dear has bought a bicycle yesterday from IMM Giant, and is meant for me to learn how to ride on it. Am so touch, when he told me his intention. My reward will be another of my eye-on bike which is definitely a sweetie pink colour bicycle. ;))

Today after work, we actually went to Mickey's usual training space for my learning lesson.
In about shortly 2 hours, I am actually very surprise I did it!
My motivation, is not to make dear dissapointed and telling myself

"I must Do it!" Even big size people can ride on an unbalance
vehicle, why Can't me?"

To overcome myself, I must still imagine Mickey chasing me behind and override me and out of no choice have to ride very fast, hee... Abit funny, but it works!

Still abit more practice to make sure i am fully confident on road. Next time, I can ride freely anywhere or can even go east coast for causal rides with dear =))

NDP 2009

HAPPY BIRTHDAY SINGAPORE !!!

Its another year for a great celebration for Singapore!!!
And here we are so lucky to have the chance to witness the parade on live.
Happily we set off at about 430pm from home and when we reached there, there is already a long stretch of queues. After admission, we redeemed our 1st NDP goodies bags we ever had.

At the same time, we have the chance to make use of our new camera NIKON which dear had bought from an internet deal at a cheap and good price. Had taken quite a number of shots ever since we have settled down at some comfort corner to view the parade.

The whole parade ended at about 830pm, and now we have to follow the tortoise crowd to move out from the place. Nevertheless, expected to be overly crowded at City Hall MRT so out of no choice we took a slow walk to Raffles Place MRT for the ride back home...

Hope to have another chance for NDP 2010 again =)

Dear Got a Job

Dear have given me a surprise when he actually announce he wanted to join the police force. Today, he actually got a confirmation letter that he will be acquainted for the job.
Though I am quite please to hear about the good news ever since so long he have been out of job.

Initially I am quite against about it, but he did give me an explendid reason for making this decision. Though he will not be home so frequent once he starts for his training, so i will have to be home alone again with Mickey in future for the next few months.
