Not as bad as I thought, when we are there. It looks quite empty, maybe its an afternoon appointment, and not much patients in the clinic.
Doctor suggest us to go through the 4 phase of test.
For mine, it will be hormone test with blood test on the 2nd and 21st day from the 1st day of menses. Followed by Ultrasound Test.
For him, it will just be semen test.
Result will be out in about a month time.

Our Baby Plan~ The Tough Route
Have been 2 weeks since I tried on Atkins Diet which could help improved my problem on PCOS. Suppose to lost weight during this 2 weeks but still did not show any result, weight remain stagnant. =(
My determination is short, can't help it but still have to indulge in carbohydrates in order to calm my nerves down. My hormones level is going hay wire now, could be due to menses coming.
Really give up hope, it has been so difficult for myself and I feel that living in this world is meaningless if I have to go through such torment esp on food. Not that I am greedy but my body seems to be depriving on the nutrients it needs and asking me to feed on her.
Now I don't even wish to have kid anymore, I know it is difficult for me if nothing is done to change my situation. Will just leave it to fate, if its fated that I can't have children and I will take it. As long as we are happy living alone, we wouldn't mind if we could have any children with us.
Life is short, and I want to live to the fullest.

Wonders Of taking EPO
Feel so cheated again after reading some of the articles about Evening Primrose Oil with PCOS and Endometriosis. The Sinseh at Ying Chuan actually told me that EPO is not suitable to take for my condition now and ask me to confirm with Dr Christopher Chen which I have forgotten to do so.
Endometriosis
Evening primrose oil is perhaps best known for its ability to ease symptoms of several female problems, including pre-menstrual syndrome, endometriosis and fibrocystic breasts. During menstruation, the body releases the inflammatory kind of prostaglandins. But by interfering with the production of these prostaglandins, the GLA in evening primrose oil may help alleviate menstrual cramps. Because some women with PMS have trouble converting linoleic acid into GLA, they may benefit from the added GLA in evening primrose oil. Sufferers of PMS have been found to have decreased levels of GLA, and this may explain the effectiveness of evening primrose oil in treating PMS symptoms. The supplement may also lessen pre-menstrual breast tenderness, and the fatty acids contained in evening primrose oil are believed to reduce breast inflammation for women suffering from fibrocystic breasts. It is also thought to aid in the absorption of iodine, which is often decreased in women suffering from this condition.
Polycystic Ovary Syndrome
Women with Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome who are trying to conceive are willing to do just about anything for the joyous occasion of seeing a positive pregnancy test. Luckily, there are some fairly simple ways to get started treating your PCOS without any serious drugs or side effects. Keep in mind that PCOS should be treated and without treatment serious long term health risks may occur. However, in the short run, there are a few ways to deal with the hormonal imbalance that may help rectify the PCOS and help you conceive.

Final Choice for TCM and Gynae
This few days before the day we are heading for our next checkup, pondering alot after reading so much comments about Ying Chuan TCM and Dr Christopher Chen. Feel quite dissapointed in their professionism, alot of their patients are referred by Ying Chuan and to the two doctors that she will recognised. If those who did not go to the designated doctor she recommends, her attitude will be different and perhaps she may not want to prescibe her medication.
Same for Dr Chen, alot of his patient after been diagnosed and they intend to heed for 2nd opinion. And true enough, the report shows the opposite. From here you could see that both Ying Chuan and Dr Chen might be just helping each other to earn more commission by intro patients to each other. So they already have a plan to how they should diagnose their patient.
After much discussion with dear, we decide to take another route and seek for another doctor's opinion. We will be visiting KKH for our checkup together, but before that we will have to go polyclinic for referal and definitely it will save us alot from here compared to going to Dr Chen's clinic.
If down the road, in need of taking medication or if surgeries is needed. At least the cost won't be a burden for us and is bearable.
After our visit to KKH, we decide to seek treatment from either Thong Chai Medical hall who has already made their names from the charity show. They have many successful stories in treating infertility esp there is one mother who had twins after their treatment. This mother is also having the same problem as me with PCOS. But not sure if she has Endometriosis. No matter what, at least she is able to overcome her problem and even had a pair of beautiful twins. And the thought of her story, it really motivate me to go to them. But the disadvantage is that we have to brew the medicine ourselves compared to Ying Chuan where they provide medicine in pills or powder form. Have heard that, their treatment procedure will be broken into few phases responding to our menses cycle. Meaning will have to go visit the sinseh when time is ripe during menses, ovulation or after ovulation. This will pose to be a very difficult time for us, as both of us is working adults. But come to think of it, it may be worth doing this.
Another TCM we are considering is Ban Choon Chan at marine parade. They are quite famous though as they have made many of their patients pregnant too. But their medicines will be the brew type also.
Since we have an idea of which TCM and Gynae to choose from, the route shall be easy to decide and we will have to take the hardship to overcome our problems for our future baby.

Our Fertility Checkup
Today our checkup with Dr Christopher Chen.
I've done my ultrasound and pepsmear, and realise that I have more than just Endometriosis. There is another Polycystic Ovary Syndrome which I didn't realise when the sinseh indicated on the diagnosis paper. And also my uterus which tilts towards the back. Didn't know that my overies is so unhealthy and its not fit for conceiving.
Next will be Dear who needs to go through the Semem test and also to see if my cervical mucus and his semem actually can match to conceive. Blood test is done also to check for any germs or bacterias which is harmful for both of us.
After all the tests and reports, it will be another 2 weeks more before we could go back to the sinseh again.
Hope the sinseh medicines can really work wonders for us without us going for any surgeries.

Our Fertility Enhancer

Come across this product from forum, and decide to give it a try. Hope this could assist us in conceiving as my vagina always seems to be dry which is not a very good environment for conception to happen. Had read alot of success stories after using this brand of lubricants and glad that I could still get it from singapore. Bought it online from Mr & Mrs Smith The Couple Store.

Ahead with our plan
Now he says he decided to go for the checkup. Don't want to regret down the road if we really have difficulty conceiving.
Well, hope for the best for us. It may be a difficult route to take.

Lost Hope
Very disappointed...
Perhaps he really not keen to have kid. Understand that the checkup fees may be expensive, but if it is for the seek of our child. It may be worth it.
Though we have agreed that its fine without kids, but at least I want to give my best to try for one.
Now my condition may not allow me to have child, Its best to put off the plan.
Well maybe its fated that I am not going to be a mother...

TCM Visit
Ying Chuan Chinese Medical Hall
Blk 202 Jurong East St 21
We have made up our mind to visit the TCM to diagnose our health status.
As what we are told, she indeed is very popular and we even tried to wake up as early as 4.30am to visit her. Upon reaching there, we already saw a long snake queue ahead of us. Imaging on a rainy morning, and yet people is willing to go early to queue for a number.
I felt quite relieve after her diagnose, though me and dear's condition is not very good. But at least we know what has been hindering us with our plan. We will proceed to visit the gynae recommended by her for a fertility check before we continue the treatment from her again.

The Waiting Game
So demoralized! Till today still not much sign and symptoms showing. Past few days, having sore breast, but now it ease off. What could have happen?
Have a gut feeling that the chances for this month is not high at all. =(
Trying not to stress too much on it, but couldn't help it.
